주식회사 홀로시브(이하 “회사”)는 누이루미 서비스를 제공하면서 필요한 정보만 처리합니다. 촬영한 사진과 카메라 영상은 기기 안에서 처리되며, 사용자가 별도로 업로드하는 기능을 실행하지 않는 한 분석 또는 의견 전송을 위해 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
자동 사용 분석: Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 앱 인스턴스·설치 식별자, 화면·기능 이용 이벤트, 세션 정보, 발생 시각, 기기 모델, 운영체제, 앱 버전, 언어와 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적인 지역을 처리하여 이용 현황과 기능 개선에 사용합니다. 플랫폼 권한 및 SDK 설정에 따라 광고 식별자가 처리될 수 있습니다. 이메일, 이름·닉네임, 사진·영상과 자유 입력 내용은 자체 분석 이벤트 속성에 넣지 않습니다.
광고 성과 측정: 회사가 앱 밖(X 등)에 낸 누이루미 홍보 광고로 설치·이용이 얼마나 일어났는지 재기 위해 Singular를 사용합니다. 첫 실행 동의 뒤부터 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID, iOS 앱 공급업체 식별자. iOS 광고 식별자(IDFA)는 수집하지 않습니다), Singular 기기 식별자, IP 주소, 기기 모델·운영체제·앱 버전, 설치 경로(Google Play 설치 리퍼러), 세션 정보, Firebase 앱 인스턴스 식별자와 인형 인식·촬영 저장·공유 이벤트(분석과 같은 고정 값)를 처리합니다. iOS에서는 Apple SKAdNetwork·AdAttributionKit이 보내는 익명 집계 결과를 사용합니다.
오류 진단: 충돌 스택, 관련 앱 상태, 기기 모델·운영체제·메모리·저장공간 정보, Crashlytics/Firebase 설치 식별자. 충돌 원인 파악과 안정성 개선에 사용합니다.
의견 보내기: 사용자가 직접 작성해 전송한 내용, 앱 버전·빌드 번호, 플랫폼, 기기 모델, 운영체제, 전송 시각과 사용자가 선택한 경우에만 답변용 이메일·첨부 사진·진단 로그. 진단 로그에는 앱 동작 및 오류 기록, 파일 경로·파일명·식별자가 포함될 수 있습니다. 문의 확인, 답변, 오류 진단과 제품 개선에 사용합니다.
보안: Firebase App Check의 기기·앱 무결성 증명 자료와 토큰, 서버 접속 기록. 위조 앱과 비정상 요청 차단에 사용합니다. 이 자료는 서비스와 AI 모델 보호에도 사용하며, 광고에는 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 보유 기간
사용 분석 데이터: Google Analytics 속성에 설정된 데이터 보관 기간 및 Google의 데이터 보관·삭제 정책에 따라 처리합니다.
의견 보내기 내용: 수집 후 3년
Firebase Crashlytics 충돌 자료와 관련 식별자: Google의 정책에 따라 90일 보관 후 삭제 절차 시작
광고 성과 측정 자료: 회사가 Singular를 이용하는 동안 보관하고, 이용을 끝내면 Singular의 삭제 절차에 따라 삭제합니다.
보유 기간이 끝난 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방식으로 삭제합니다.
3. 처리 위탁 및 국외 처리
회사는 사용 분석, 오류 진단과 앱 위조 방지를 위해 Google LLC의 Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics 및 App Check를 사용합니다. 분석 이벤트, 진단 정보와 무결성 증명 자료는 HTTPS로 전송되며 미국을 포함한 Google의 인프라에서 처리될 수 있습니다. Crashlytics의 충돌 자료와 App Check 자료는 각 서비스의 보관·삭제 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 의견 보내기로 제출한 정보는 Amazon Web Services 일본(도쿄) 리전의 회사 서버(nuirumi-backend)에 저장합니다.
광고 성과 측정을 위해 Singular Labs, Inc.(미국, privacy@singular.net)에 위 1의 광고 성과 측정 항목의 처리를 위탁하며, 이에 따라 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 이전 국가는 미국이고, 첫 실행 동의 뒤 앱을 이용할 때 HTTPS로 수시 전송합니다. 이전받는 자의 이용 목적은 광고 성과 측정이며 보유 기간은 위 2와 같습니다. Singular는 회사가 설정한 광고 매체(X 등)와 회사의 Google Analytics에 설치 기여 결과(캠페인·매체)를 전달합니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱 이용을 중단하거나 앱을 삭제할 수 있고, Android에서는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제하면 광고 ID 없이 처리됩니다. 광고 ID를 삭제해도 앱 기능 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
4. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 앱 설치의 무작위 ID는 회사가 특정 개인과 연결할 수 없으므로, 삭제 요청 시 앱에서 확인할 수 있는 추가 정보가 필요할 수 있습니다.
5. 안전성 확보 조치
전송 구간을 암호화하고, 운영 접근 권한을 제한하며, App Check로 위조 클라이언트를 차단합니다. 분석 속성은 정해진 짧은 값만 허용하고 개인정보나 자유 텍스트가 분석 저장소에 들어가지 않도록 앱과 서버에서 모두 검사합니다.

広告効果の測定: 当社がアプリの外（X など）に出した NUIRUMI の宣伝広告によってどれだけインストール・利用が生じたかを測るため、Singular を使用します。初回起動時の同意後から、広告識別子（Android の広告 ID・アプリセット ID、iOS のベンダー識別子。iOS の広告識別子（IDFA）は取得しません）、Singular の端末識別子、IPアドレス、端末機種・OS・アプリのバージョン、インストール経路（Google Play インストールリファラー）、セッション情報、Firebase のアプリインスタンス識別子、ぬいの認識・撮影の保存・共有のイベント（利用分析と同じ固定値）を取り扱います。iOS では Apple の SKAdNetwork・AdAttributionKit が送る匿名の集計結果を利用します。
利用分析、エラー診断、アプリ改ざん防止のため、Google LLC（米国）の Google Analytics for Firebase、Firebase Crashlytics、App Check を使用します。分析イベント、診断情報、完全性証明はHTTPSで送信され、米国を含むGoogleのインフラで処理される場合があります。
当社が直接収集するご意見として送信された情報は、Amazon Web Services の日本（東京）リージョンに設置した当社サーバー（nuirumi-backend）に保存します。利用分析は上記のGoogleサービスで処理します。
5. 保有個人データの開示等の請求
お客様は、ご自身の保有個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止を請求できます。上記窓口へメールでご請求ください。ご本人確認のうえ、法令の定める期間内に対応します。アプリのインストールに割り当てられたランダム ID は当社が特定の個人と結び付けることができないため、削除のご請求にあたりアプリ内で確認できる追加情報をお願いすることがあります。
Holoceive Inc. (“Holoceive”, “we”) processes only the information needed to provide NUIRUMI (the “Service”). Photos and videos you capture are processed on your device and are never sent to our servers for analysis or feedback unless you explicitly run an upload feature. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have, including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

2. What we collect, why, and the legal basis
Usage analytics: We use Google Analytics for Firebase. We process app-instance and installation identifiers, screen and feature events, session information, timestamps, device model, operating system, app version, language and approximate region inferred from IP address to understand usage and improve the Service. Advertising identifiers may be processed depending on platform permissions and SDK settings. We do not put email addresses, names or nicknames, photos or videos, or free text in our custom analytics event parameters.
Ad performance measurement: We use Singular to measure how many installs and uses come from the NUIRUMI promotions we run outside the app (for example on X). After you accept at first launch, we process advertising identifiers (Android advertising ID and app set ID; iOS identifier for vendor — we do not collect the iOS advertising identifier, IDFA), the Singular device ID, IP address, device model, OS and app version, install source (Google Play install referrer), session information, the Firebase app instance ID, and the plush-recognized, capture-saved and shared events (the same fixed values as analytics). On iOS we use the anonymous, aggregated results Apple sends through SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit. Legal basis: your agreement at first launch.
Crash diagnostics: crash stack traces, related app state, device model, OS, memory and storage information, and Crashlytics/Firebase installation identifiers. Used to find the cause of crashes and improve stability. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Feedback: the message you write and send, app version and build number, platform, device model, OS, time sent, and — only if you choose — a reply email address, an attached photo and diagnostic logs. Logs may include app activity and error records, file paths, file names and identifiers. Used to review and answer your feedback, diagnose issues and improve the product. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw by contacting us.
Security: Firebase App Check device/app integrity attestations and tokens, and server access logs. Used to block tampered apps and abnormal requests. This data is also used to protect the Service and its AI models and is not used for advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, biometric data or other special-category data. We do not use data for cross-app targeted advertising or sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by the CCPA. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
3. How long we keep it
Analytics data: processed according to the retention period configured for our Google Analytics property and Google’s data retention and deletion policies.
Feedback messages: 3 years from collection
Firebase Crashlytics crash data and related identifiers: retained 90 days under Google’s policy, then scheduled for deletion
Ad performance measurement data: kept while we use Singular, then deleted under Singular’s deletion process.
When a retention period ends, the information is deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
4. Processors and international transfers
We use Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and App Check from Google LLC (United States) for usage analytics, crash diagnostics and app-integrity protection. Analytics events, diagnostic information and integrity attestations are transmitted over HTTPS and may be processed on Google’s infrastructure, including in the United States.
We use Singular Labs, Inc. (United States, privacy@singular.net) as a processor to measure the performance of our promotions. The data listed under ad performance measurement is sent over HTTPS while you use the app and processed in the United States. Singular reports install attribution (campaign and media source) to the ad platforms we configure (for example X) and to our Google Analytics property.
Information submitted through feedback is stored on our backend (nuirumi-backend), hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Tokyo (Japan) region. Usage analytics is processed by the Google service described above.
Because Holoceive is established in the Republic of Korea, your data is transferred outside your country when you use the Service. For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, transfers to Korea and to Google rely on adequacy decisions where available and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK Addendum) and additional safeguards.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents may also request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold. You can exercise your rights by contacting us using the address below. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; users in Korea may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission.
The random app installation ID cannot be linked by us to a specific person, so we may ask for additional information visible in the app before acting on a deletion request.
6. Security
We encrypt data in transit, restrict operational access, and use App Check to block tampered clients. Analytics attributes only accept a fixed set of short values, and both the app and the server check that no personal information or free text enters analytics storage.
7. Children
The Service can be used at any age and we do not collect dates of birth. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
